Commission C Holds Work Meeting with BPBUMD

The City Council (DPRD)'s Commission C. opened a work meeting along with Regional-Owned Enterprises Advisory Body (BPBUMD) as a follow up to the Implementation of the City Budget Responsibility (P2APBD).

"Hopefully, in the future, the BPBUMD can be optimized in order to increase the city's dividends," he expressed, after meeting in the City Council Building, Tuesday (7/2).
He added that some realization of BUMD with the best income and dividends, namely PT Food Station Tjipinang Jakarta (FSTJ) by Rp 30.2 billion (186.20 percent), PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol by Rp 226 billion (118 percent), as well as PT International Ecogreen Pulogadung (JIEP) by Rp 17.4 billion (10.7 percent).
Nevertheless the BPBUMD must still continue to look for alternative solutions to increase the value of net income and dividends obtained by each BUMD.
"One of them is by encouraging BUMD not to be dependent on the capital injection (PMD)," he explained.
Jakarta BPBUMD Head, Riyadi continues to optimize the performance of BUMD. It can be seen from the total achievement of them by Rp 592.9 billion from the stipulated target by Rp 539.9 billion last year.
In future, his side will continue to evaluate the balance sheets of each BUMD to maintain this positive trend in the 2019 APBD," he said.
